|Barefoot Contessa shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate

I used a recipe from one of Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa cookbooks (the recipe is also available on Food Network's website). The dough actually yields more cookies, but Ina uses a smaller, finger-shaped cookie cutter whereas I only had the edges of a glass cup. After cooling, half of each cookie is drizzled with melted chocolate. I used chocolate chips.
